Water :)
If you can just trad them, use the water sparingly though
If you cant trad or its difficult too, use gg3 in bottle, dry microfibre wipe off, but trad is best way imo

fairy
Thats not nice to say :)

If they don't smoke then you may get away with just water and a wet and dry cloth to buff. However if they smoke then you really need trad tools. You'll need to practice before you go though. I personally like squeegee off, however fairy works fine.

Take your pole in,flood the place and smash a few ornaments and i guarantee they won't ask you again.

Light soapy water applicator swab and scrim,
when you go in find a solid floor (not carpet) to put your bucket on.It can be expensive to clean carpets with bucket marks.
Ring out your swab to prevent drips, ring out your applicator to prevent drips and wipe your squeege dryish to prevent drips. The running theme is not to drip water anywhere.
Carefully soap up glass, then wipe frame around glass with swab, squeegee window. As you squeegee down hold the applicator below to catch the DRIPS. When you finish the glass wipe the sill dry.
The most common mistakes are
1 leaving bucket marks on carpet
2 drips below window, usually on emulsion paint
good luck ;)

I don't take my bucket in,I leave it by the front/back door, ring out my mop and use a squeegee and scrim for edges,I personally don't agree with the spray bottle and cloth thing, when the sun shines 90% there will be smears all over the shop,it's just as easy and quicker using a squeegee, well thats my opinion anyway! ;D
Oh yeah, tell them to remove all ornimants and vases etc. otherwise you will be there all day spending more time shifting crap from window sills than actually cleaning the window itself!
