Hi guys i've started doing conservatory roofs but am unsure about quoting?
For an average price conservatory roof i was thinking about £20 then another £5 for the windows. Is this about right :-\ :-\

Depends how green it is! If it's mouldy it'll take some time.
It's a bit tough, but the best way is to think how long it would take, and then times that by your hourly rate. Experience I'm afraid will be your teacher on that one, sorry
;DYou'll probably wish you had charged more whatever you charge ;D

And lean to roofs are much easier then edwardian/victorian style so whereas £20 might be ok for a quick once over of a lean to then an edwardian will take three times as long.
And - gutters, sides and cills all need doing to so £60 minimum for an edwardian (average sized one) that you do every few months that takes a couple of hours. A full ton for the same one if it's a minger that takes three/four hours.

For really green roofs which take alot of water, use their garden tap water throug the pole to get the worst off, then finish off with di.
saves loads of water. ;D

I only finish of with pure water if the roof is glass, if it's polycarbonate, tap water is fine

I do a lot of con roofs inside and out and i charge as follows
Glass outside-- £45 out, inside £60 both together £100
polycarbonate-- £35 inside £25 outside
They generally take about 3 hours + water

i charge £25 quid for my regular 20 minute conservatory cleans, and jump bump it up if its a bit larger/mouldy etc

Lee02's guideline is a good one similar to mine. An easy rate to remember.
