I am trying to charge my battery for my omnipole 50 litre tank and not having much success (its been stood idle for about 6 months) do you think i will need a new battery or is it more likely to be the little pump "thingy" underneath the battery cos what power it does have is not very good and i need it sorted soon, as you can see i not very technically minded so please dont take the u know what.

If its been stood unused for 6 months then its pretty much knackered.Even a good charge sometimes only helps very short term on a flat battery.

do you think the pump thing under said battery will still be ok and if said battery is "kaput" what sort do you reccomend as replacement and where can i get one tommorow asap
are they just standard 12 volt car batteries ?
Thanks

get a need battery, pump should(should) be ok
