Title: regional pricing

curious to know whats charged in different areas for identical houses, the only houses i can think of that are generally the same every where is terraced and council, in north wales i ccharge £5 for a terraced house (normal 2 bedroom type) and £6.50 for normal council house type................ whats normal price round by you?

£3 terrace ,£3.60 small council,£4.60 bigger council

you dont seriously charge .60??? you would have to take 10p's when you go collecting! are you pulling my plums young stanley?? ;D

£10 -12
I live in a ex 2 bed council house myself, and I wouldn't pay my price's
(needless to say I have very few council owned property/customers... but I am not a inverted snob either) ;D

i do 60 three bed terraced houses and charge £5.50,can do 5 an hour,they're in rows of 10,do all the fronts then backs,i'm near matlock-derbys.
