I had a job in December where the customer has a health problem and done research on the net and concluded Prochem Pure Clean was what she would like a carpet cleaner to use.
I would normally have used M-Power but logic said if use what the customer wants then if she had a reaction it would not be my fault.
Whereas if I used what I wanted and it went bad I would be at fault.
I got the job because I said I would use her choice - and I did.
The customer is always right applied in my case, and I would recommend you follow the customers request to.
-
How are these customers finding out what we use?

Just be carefull you dont get come backs on this ???Also i would cover youself just in case ::)

I think Joe is using his years ;D of customer experience to give them what they insist on and if it goes wrong then the ball is in their court.

At nearly half the cost of m power
-
What's the ratio used when adding to your porty with m power? I know it's expensive and I assume you charge a premium when you use it.
-
You don't add it to your porty it's a pre spray rinsed with plain water.
Dilutes 150 -1 Can be used upto 300 - 1 where residues from previous cleaning exist

Steves right mate and i have started to use it and must say its good need to pre spray and leave 10 or 15 min to work and i give it a brush so to adjitate it :)
Steve only forund out the other day its the same as nemesis ::)
-
Do you then rinse it with F&F Rinse? I'm trying out new chemicals and the Prochem's Trafficlean is getting me brilliant results and the smell of the F&F rinse actually got me a job bfrom a passer by.... result ;D
Sorry for the ?'s but I'm keen to add M power to my chemical collection!
-
Just rinse with plain water. Added benefit there is no chem running thro the pump.
-
Hi Guys
Can I clarify that you are saying Nemesis and MPower are exactly the same product, I know they are both colloids and imported from US .
Cheers

Ive heared it said Doug, but as far as I know no one has actually confirmed it technically.
Ones 120:1 the other 150:1 but dont suppose that means much. (other then they both go a long way).
-
In that case, it isn't really expensive because you obviously never need to buy a rinse.... Mmmmm!
-
Find Nemesis to be really good on wool hit and miss on synthetics
-
must admit, don't see the point on man made. but i use M/S a lot on wool if there unusual stains.
