we had a carpet cleaning and pressure wash business in benidorm a few years ago..it is not easy getting clients...torrevieja is a very competitive area your prices will have to be very keen...good luck

My brother lives in the costa del sol , calla-mijas , large british community and when I visit a fair few mention they have carpets, " some thing to do with having them back home " and say they they would have them cleaned ;D
the scope for hard floor cleaning ie. tiles , paving etc is limitless , but a number of companys do operate so price and service must be good.
General cleaning , I guess like any where else people need their properties cleaned, but a demand for maintaince cleans in letting properties etc are lucrative if you can get in with the right people.
have thought about moving myself :-\   think I may just wait a little longer , when the missis kicks me out  ;D
geoff

Have a friend out there who has a couple of businesses, both of which struggle.

One of these is pressure washing and drain-jetting. In over a year I think he has used his PW no more than a handfull of times. This is despite having plenty of business contacts and a very good network of friends.

To say the least; getting work in Spain is very very difficult. Lot's of desperate people fighting to maintain their chosen way of life in Spain.

pressure washing is not good in spain as most people have their own machine  mainly karcher they must have made a packet in sales of machines in spain
