Title: Customers come and go
Post by: Anna Warren on March 14, 2009, 04:05:09 pm
I've been told by my customer after only three visits that "she'll let me go", because I didn't work fast enough. I don't understand, I did all tasks  in time I supposed to, so I Did work fast enough, surely ???? Never mind . I start new contract this Wednesday, wish me luck :)

Customers often have their own reasons for sacking you. In cleaning jobs, you are subtly competeing with the customer and her (false) memory of how well she did it when she was younger and fitter.

"Of course my dear she doesn't do it as well as I used to......"  You can just hear them going on to their friends at their coffee mornings.
