Completely new to window cleaning is there a system that just uses tap water then passes through a unit in the van that purifies the water ready for use rather than taking up garage space producing pure water,if so what is the cost of full system?

Whats the TDS of your water?
If its soft water Below 100 ppm then you can use a twin DI and just fill up your tank with tap water and filter it in the van
As i am in a soft water area and use DI i really dont know much about RO so maybe someone else can help that has more experience with it

How long is a piece of string? ;D There are many different systems with different specs and different prices. The short answer is that you can get a van based system but they will usually cost more than a static unless you DIY it. The best thing you could do is get on google find some suppliers and give em a call. They will be best placed to advise you.

Steve, If your tap TDS is low enough, you can use the water from your truckmount tank and just filter through a DI vessel,.. very simple to setup.
If your TDS is high, you can get a 4040 reverse osmosis unit in the van which will fill your tank with pure water very fast. Try using the pure water for carpets,.. it really makes a difference!

Hi Steve,
You've been in the carpet cleaning business for years haven't you?
What makes you want to change to (or add on) window cleaning?
