Does anyone use the above if they do they send it to their customers to impress

Alex,

It is considered "Best Practice" to issue all client's with these type of documents, will also help to limit any claims, assuming that the staff have in fact been trained in the correct methods and procedures, and the paperwork has'nt just been issued to client's "just to impress!"
