can someone tell me where i can get a licence for w/c as i live in scotland thanx for someone who has no confidence i have found this forum so uplifting and inspiring it is a great credit to you all

Don't need one in England...perhaps your local Authority ?

Yes your local council will sort you out £150 for 3 years,

i`am in scotland as well
