window cleaning round for sale in the manchester area
this round is cleaned every 4weeks and takes £355 a clean  i have a genuine reason for sale as me and my girlfriend have just had our first son im looking for around £900 for this round .....

as this is very cheap i will not accept any installments or the cleaning of it first as you no if i hold out i wud get alot more than this

Is it currently done trad or wfp, also roughly what area of Manchester and how many days to complete the work.

is is done trad at the moment but it has been on wfp in the past   it takes 1man 2 days to clean it  and its in the breadbury area

A little to far south for me. Good price though, so dont think you will have much trouble selling.

EVERCLEAN   i may take a little drop but if so it wud not be much as the round is well cheap as it is mate

the houses are all private  there mainly 3 bed semis it is very compact and it take me on my own 2 days
 to complete all the work

Whats the avg 3 bed semi price, and how many of them on the round?? Sorry to keep asking q's, but i am interested, i drive through bredbury every day nearly to get to my round :)

There are roughly 50-60 semis on the round mate. priced between £5-7 anything else just ask or dont hesitate to phone
