Hi all,

Just been flicking through the screwfix book and came across some air line fittings, just wondered if anyone has tried them for wfp.

Hi there,

Manage to get some of these fittings, got pcl fittings which are for air compressors these include a rectus type 19 with a 6mm hose tail which is a lot bigger than the normal rectus type hose fitting and also the male male fitting with 1/4 inch thread so they screwed straight on to my flow controller. like I say these are bigger and a bit heavier but by god they seem alot stronger and hard wearing than the normal fittings

I use an airline powered oiler as a trigger, had a6mm male connector adapted for the outlet and a 1/2 male connector for the inlet , works ok for me, got it from a local hydraulics supply company about £8

They're called 'professional fittings' from cleaning spot:

Yeah I know the one's, there the standard fittings you get on a pole hose, Rectus 21 the fittings I've picked up are a rectus 19 which are bigger and stronger but still fit the pole hose and tap body.
