I think Sparkle is the carpet cleaning part of Spurgeons who are the UK and Europe Baneclene agent. (Unless everything changed when they had that major fire at their premises).

Paul if you look through that site you find it but as Denis says Spurgeons AKA Sparkle are the UK agents for Baneclene.
