Been offered a VICTOR 16 inch floor cleaner with the pads and bits for £200, its obviously second hand
but is in excellent nick and has warranty,it`s off a dealer. Is this a good buy? It`s only going to be used about twice a year on my house and shop floors, thanks Dan

If this is in top condition it is about £40 over price IMO.
That said, pay what you are happy to pay.
At that price though you need to insist on a long warranty.
If you are only going to use a couple of times a year then look to spend less than a ton.
Best wishes
Ian

Do you want to scrub carpets or buff floors or both ? I'd go for a twin speed m/c for that money

Dan
There is one for sale i know about its 150 quid and think he said its been used twice it has the drive board only.
-
I`ve bid him £150,he`s local and giving me the pads and that so if he bites i`ll have that of him, thanks Dan

Dan
That sounds a good deal.
:)

does it scrub driveways dan dan? ;D :-X
-
It`s for hard flooring indoors,just a circular buffer/polisher.
-
Depends what speed it is, is it a scrubber or a buffer? High speed, low speed, ultra high speed? if its only a low speed it wont be any good for buffing, if its high or ultra high speed it wont be anygood for scrubbing carpets.

I want it to clean my amtico flooring at home and the vinyl flooring in my shops.I`ve hired one in the past and want the same machine to keep so i can stay on top of them every few months.
