Title: Giving away freebies to gain new customers

I just wondered how you all felt about giving away freebies on a first clean for example cleaning a new customers front windows for the first clean free.
how would you take it if you saw a leaflet in your area giving away free cleans for the first clean.
Would it be wrong for me to advertise in this way guy's
