Title: Dumped fifty customers

In two years i've dumped or lost fifty customers according to George - nearly dumped two more dog poo infested hell holes today too.  >:(

Fair enough, but how many new ones have you added?
On George that isn't quite so easy to work out ;)

I would say I probably have lost that much, but still have far more than I gat handle! ;)

Swings and roundabouts, pick up work most of the time and lose work at the same time. I think i'm shortly going to lose a commercial job soon too. I had a phonecall yesterday from a young girl asking me exactly which properties i cleaned for them as her boss was looking at the invoice. It seems facility managers have very short careers for some reason.

I dumped about 50 last month bad payers...whingers etc

Over the years dumped 100+ i recken, also sold on about 650 :)

i wonce dumped 75 in one day that wos about 9 years a go

Dumped/lost 55 between 2006-2008...for varying reasons.

Seems to be par for the course...I do not really worry as I see this as a natural turnover in my 'starting years'....I expect to lose another 20 this year...but in the main my end of year takings rise year on year so that is the main thing.
