I have had an invitation to go the Alltec seminar or Extravaganza as they call it just wondering if any body else on here had been to the last one and what their impressions were.
Must say it seems all a bit American razzamatazz for me but by all accounts could be useful for future business growth.

Hi
These events used to be free, I am not sure whether they still are.
Even so they are a good day out, you will learn something and that's always a bonus. Its a chance to meet other cleaners and exchange ideas.
If you have the time... GO

Will they remember 9yrs ago :o

I went and I'd have to say that it was the best carpet cleaners event I have been to a real 'ra ra' meeting where they got us all fully motivated but it was a sales course not a technical event.

Did you go Kev?
It was like a gospel meeting with all of the motivation speak felt very empowered.

I stayed in and washed my hair :D

Perhaps some motivational talking would get it growing again.

And with all the talk is anyone still walking the walk from the Alltec days. It seems the Alltec angels have all disappeared.
Was it just a motivational club?

Fast track was the real baby it had YP ads that worked, news paper ads, warning advice line, letters for all occassions plus lots more, all in a nice pack all you had to do is follow it to the letter.....then came the internet and the way people shopped changed and although some things still work I'd guess half don't but I bet if it was to be re done again in an updated version then it would work, perhaps it's something I should do :o

Perhaps some motivational replying to my e-mails and Facebook requests would be a good starter. >:(
The quality of service within this country is basically cr.p and that's not just aimed at the 'new' Alltec from which I still await an answer, because others fail to come back to me too unless I chase and make numerous calls/e-mails.

They don't practice what they preach, or at least different parts don't sing from the same hymn sheet. Or is customer service just for us little guys.
Was watching dragons den last night and they were ripping some guy to shreds on how if you keep people waiting when you ring a call centre you will go out of business. Don't see that happening to British Gas, Sky, Vodafone etc.
Sign up to Chris Cardell's marketing freebee and boy do you see someone putting their strategies into action. on you! ;D
