Yrsterday I had a carpet to clean that had a very large brown stain,
Although I suspected it was poo I was told it was vegetable soup.
My clients wife had died a few months earlier from cancer
Talking to the lady downstairs I was cleaning a second fllor flat it was confirmed to me that what I suspected was correct.

Hi
Ian, with Faeces you have to be very careful as it is a pathogen (carries disease).
first the area needs to be sanitised, preferably with a biocide (Microsan) left for at least 15 mins for the biocide to work and then you can extract.
You equipment will have to be decontaminated before the next job as faeces will stick to your hoses and in the tank (little bits)
If the lady had cancer then she may of been on Cytotoxic medication (Chemotherapy) to treat the cancer, radiation lives a long time (even in excreted body fluids) and you need to know you are dealing with radiation.
Of course this means your waste tank is also infected with it.
