Can you get it in neat form these days? Does anyone use it for glass cleaning?

Used too when I first started, helps your squeegy flow accross the glass better and was good at removing grease when cleaning in places like factory/workshop windows. On normal WC it can tend to leave blue marks after a period of days so don't bother with it now.

in my last job i ordered 2000kg per week of this stuff lol.

supplier was Univar.

google it and see if they will sell ye some. I doubt ye will get it though as we had special branch police officier sin our work at the time of 7/7 checking all our chemicals and asking if anyone had tried to purcahse from us or any signs of break ins etc.
