Title: Risk assessment

I have to quote for a job and the guy wants me to put together a risk assessment for the job ,i know how to make myself safe and how to clean the skylights on a flat roof but  iam not 100% sure on how to set it out and word it, so any help would be appreciated.

There's a risk assessment/method statement in the documents to download section.  Just amend it to suit your requirements.
