Title: Ball point pen
Post by: Ben Lugg on February 26, 2009, 07:18:52 pm
Hi guys,
hopefully an easy one for you..
There's a sofa I've been asked to clean.  The fabric is velvet which has been stainguard treated when the sofa was made.  There is a ball point pen mark on the arm.  How would you tackle this one?    Many thanks.

Try Prochem Solvex. Says it's designed for ink removal. Probably best to apply to towel and then onto the stain rather than directly.

Can you get inside the cushion to protect the underside of the fabric?
