Hi guys i've got to quote this building.
They want the cladding cleaned once a year.
Never quoted before for this type of work so haven't a clue what to charge.
What do you guys reckon? and will it be ok to wfp the cladding.
Also how much would you charge for the windows inside and out.
I was thinking about £100 pound for the windows is that about right?
This is a picture of the front and side. The back and other side are the same.
They want the cladding done once a year and the windows cleaned inside and out twice a year.
Please help me guys as i'm stuck.

Cleaning cladding with wfp is fine, just get ready for some serious shoulder and neck ache! lol
How often do they want the windows doing?
-
How many windows are there?
If it was me id do the windows at same time, job lot
-
me too
-
I would charge approx £75 for window's & £235 for cladding
-
Now that is one ugly building.
What are the downpipes all about, the entrance canopy alone is going to cause problems never mind the eaves.
-
haha looks like the fascia installers cudnt be bothered to fit the neck on thev downpipes properly!!!!
-
I wouldn't have a clue what to charge for that id prob say £150 for the windows inside and out and about £350 for the cladding.

Hi, if the building is empty at the weekend I would go around it and 'walk' the job, imagine cleaning as you walk around and it should give you good idea what to charge.
Mart.
