They should have just shot the Loser in his leg or somwhere else fleshy ........... or egged him on to jump im sorry i havnt got any sympathy for people like this they are scum of the earth

sorry what i meant was that they should have offered him tea and biscuits and bribed him to come down
then pass the huge bill for the boys in blue sitting there for 5 hours to us tax payers........ i bet he is an illegal anyway

I know him, he used to do all my ladder work ;D a bit clumsy on the frames though
