Hi all,
Having only really tried sending postcards to my customer base and having been almost always disappointed with the response rate, would sending letters be a better alternative? Whos has tried both and which have your found to be the best?

when doing post cards or letters it is important that u put a a special, and tell them it runs to say must end 28 march ,then u find u get flurry of calls coming up to the end of march, find both work ok , remember theses are ur cleinets now ,and if u have done a good job in the past, they get back in touch,ps let them know family and freinds can use ur offers also

I have found with the post cards that the response isnt always immediate, you have to persist and keep sending reminders every 6 months.
we have had quite a few comments on what a good idea it is to send the card as people dont already remember who they used last time.
i picked a job up today from a lady who could not remember who she used last time.
