Title: Help with backpack please

I charged the battery last night but my backpack won't start....I look at the bottom of the backpack to see if the red light is flashing but nothing.

I tried my spare battery but it still won't work

What could it be?

Any advice or help would be welcome

Either that or check the fuse. Sometimes if theres condensation in there then this contributes to pack not starting.

are you sure it is not the charger that is faulty
