hi all wots best to use to remove nicotine on a cloth sofa please
-
You do not say what type of cloth. Your burn test should establish that.
Subject to testing you could possibly prespray with prochem ultrapac retnovate and rinse extract with prochem fibre and fabric rinse
-
any pre spray will do the job, and then rinse it out
-
As Gerry says, do a burn test first to see what you are dealing with. Also do a colour bleed test.
If its a synthetic use Ultrapac renovate pre- spray and rinse with acidic rinse.
If its natural, cotton etc i would try keep the PH down, use either MS or Fabric restorer.

Hi!
I found a new website called www.housecleaningtips.co.uk. Its not completely up and running yet but you can send an email with your query and they get back to you pretty quickly.
Give it a try.
Good luck.

I thought that this is what this forum was for, very good at exchanging professional information between professional carpet and upholstery cleaners. Not for tips on how to wash the pots correctly.
Maybe i was wrong? ??? ???
