Clean It Up

Have been asked to take a look at a bungalow roof to see if I can clean it. I have been told it covered in moss and there are some clumps of moss in the middle of tiles. Have not yet been to have a look, so unable to say if its really bad or just moderate.
I have an omnivac and also a 7 metre lance for the pressure washer, I also have a power pole with attachments.
Having not attempted roofs before I was wondering:
Would the omnivac remove any clumps?
Could I use pure water with 35ft pole and brush it?
I worry about using the pressure washer and lance as I'm almost sure someone told me you have to pressure wash a roof downwards (because of the tiles) so:
Would it work if I used my power pole with a curved hook and power hosed downwards?
Has anyone done roofs? Any info you could give me would be much appreciated. Oh and any ideas on price, bearing in mind I'll probably have to clean gutters and windows to??
Thanks Jimmy

I'm not sure about the rest of your question, but I wouldn't waste pure water on a roof, won't make a lot of difference cos of the amount of cack that's on it.

to be honest brushing it wont touch it, my advice as i have done a few is hire a roof ladder and use handheld lance cos with pressure washer lance u need to be quite a bit higher than roofline to get downward angle cos as you say u dont wanna be spraying up.Block off all down pipes,be very generous with your time allocation as the clean up operation on its own can take a while it causes untold mess also pay atttention to setup of roof cos even on some bungalows sections of roof can be pain to access hope this helps

Cheers - thanks for the advice, think I might just have a look tommorow and possibly pass.
