Had a call from a lady today to get me out to have a go at a polish stain on light coulured carpet ( only info i have)  she has hada go at it and spread the stain. any tips.

I said to her that i would have a go but it maybe a case of improvement at best.

I was goin to go in with solvall and then solvex as advised by the company i bought my machine from.

any solvant spotter should pull it out. just apply it with a cloth.

Hi

Did one on a large white rug about 2 weeks back, dog had walked it in, another splodge elsewhere and 2 tracks marks had gone across the rug.

Applied a solvent with a cloth to get most of it out, pre spray the whole rug and clean with my EnviroDri machine (had my red cape on as well ::) )

Came up a treat, my only regret is that I forgot my camera!

Rich

plain water rinse first to remove customers attempt

go in with your solvall and blot

follow up with citrus gel and rinse

you should be able to remove.
