Hi All

How long approx to office clean a 14,500 sft 2 level office, 2 special need loos, 2 toilet rooms with 5 loos in each, two shower rooms 1 canteen, 2 kitchens

Just rough idea?

Desk cleaning
Vacuum carpets
Washing up cups etc
Materials
Equipment
Frequency, Daily??

Not having seen the job I would thing circa £18.00 per hour inclusive of materials and Equipment, 2-3 hours daily, charge extra for consumables, toilet roll, bin liners, waste sacks.

In order to achieve a productivity of 4800 sqft per hour, the building would need either a very basic clean, be low occupancy, or very open plan!

Judging by the size of the toilets, I would supect that this is not the case.

Green, you posted this same question on Feb 10th this year, I offered to help then, but nothing from you, so may I suggest you read my reply on that post, and decide if you want to any input from myself.
