Depends on the location around here. Some 3 storey houses are only 24ft reach, whilst others can be as high as 40ft reach.
Normally use SL-X as it's the lightest and quickest telescopic, but if it's higher than 30ft definitely Facelift pole. If it's a big job with straight forward windows prefer to use SL-2 modular pole for lightness and quickness.

Yeah, good point. I do have a 3 story which I use a 44ft facelift for. ;) It's a hotel mind.

On run of the mill normal three storey work its the Facelift for me any other higher three storey then its the SL2

It also seems like i am behind the times using a Facelift as everyone else has moved on to the SL-X but i like the Facelift pole and will keep on using it till it gives up the ghost

I have the same pole as you but seldom ever need the full height, so i simply removed the bottom 2 sections and bought a rubber butt cap for that section of pole.
The only downside being, the bottom tube is now Carbon and not Glass fibre so i'd better not touch a power cable   :o

You can get g/f pole sections to fit as i have a 35ft Facelift but only use 3 sections plus a g/f bottom section got mine from Cleantech but i have just noticed they now dont have them on their website maybe they have stopped selling them  ???
