Nothing, thats whats worrying me. I have had it 3 years and am thinking it's going to go soon lol.
So i thought see if i can recon it  ;D before anything happens.
Do you know what i need to get. to give it a new lease of life.
Regards
Martin

Learnt something new myself now, looking at their site  the 141 Di exchange looks an interesting option.

as a carpet cleaner also we tend change them more than wfp -  all we do is replace the pump heads , you notice a drop in pressure out the end as a tell tale sign , this comes about after running too hot water through them over time, not really a problem with wfp.
If it helps i have a flojet 100psi for wfp that is over 5 years old and gets used 5 days a week - still going strong so they seem to last.

yes if you do get a drop in pressure it can be down to bits getting into diaphram, using a filter a must, take the head off take it apart very easy only a few bits and clean easy
