Title: Working on your customer database

Hi folks,

Im still working on building a customer base at the min and was just wondering how you work on yours, do you send lit to them every 3/6/9/12 months and if you do what do you say?????

What i was thinking was keeping them updated on the special offers that i was running then and a discount for them for a referal but would like more ideas.

Any advise would be great :)

I am in the process getting Spring clean letters ready to send on 27th Feb (2nd class), I sent Xmas letters on 6 Nov after bonfire night.
I also send out reminder letters to customers on a 9 month basis, sometimes with special offers, depending how busy we are at the time.

I send reminders out as often as I can. At least quarterly.

I would do so monthly if I had the time, and could afford the postage.
