Title: "Supply of white goods"

Hi just had a call from an estate agents asking for a quote for a full clean, re-decorate through-out, removal of personal belongings & the supply & fitting of white goods.  Now I have never been asked before to supply white goods, this is not a problem as my partner is the maintenance side of the company so re- decorating & plumbing is fine, just wondered if alot of estate agents ask for this?, have no details yet regarding size or state of property just waiting for the job sheet to be e-mailed to me.

Actually yes we have. The reason your are being asked is it saves them time scouting around. - Make sure you inform them you will give them the reciepts and the gaurantee if it breaks down is direct with supplier of goods and NOT YOURSELVES.

Otherwise when it breaks they will call you!

Plumbing not an issue either.

Hi Dave just got the job sheet, they want us to supply fridge/freezer/washing machine & cooker. Was just concerned with laying out the money for this & the small chance of not receiving it back of them, I suppose it's the chance you take & the chances are it's going to be fine.

If you dont know them, You can always do a Proforma Invoice.

This then protects you. A proforma invoice is for the goods/Services before the work has been carried out. When you recieve the monies then you can purchase the white goods

that way you wont lose, You could just do the proforma on the white goods. Not the labour/Service.
