Title: stripping & sealing floors by the sq.m?
Post by: Justen Uff on February 16, 2009, 08:39:46 pm
I don't want to start a war, but I Would really appreciate some idea of what to charge per Sq. m?

Is that the best way to price? Or by the hour?

Floors probably haven't been scrubbed for years!

Any advice really appreciated

Hi

first i need to know what floor you  are stripping the size etc and what you intend to do and the sealer or are you just using water based emulsion or acrylic

you can charge more for domestic but dont expect to get much

bud

and commercial even less sq ft but you will gain on volume

Thanks for your reply mate

I'm using just water based
And they're communal ordinary hard Vinyl corridors

What do you think?
