We went to look at a house this afternoon that the client had a blackbird trapped in the lounge. It messed on everything, carpets sofa and curtains.
We have removed it from the carpets and sofa but not from the curtains. One of the scatter cushion is the same fabric (cotton/polyester) as the curtains which they have put though the washing machine This has removed the poo but as left a 2inch ring where the poo was. If we look at the curtains we can see the same ring on them.
Any suggestions

Usually the client can claim on her insurance. You have successful restored the carpet and suite, so she only needs to claim for scatter cushions, curtains and reclaim the money for your cleaning. Should be straight forward, if that term can be used when claiming on your insurance

yep some companies will let you claim on your contents insurance she will need to pay a policy excess though and depending on the cost she should claim for a few things more ;)
