i was just wondering if changing my filters in my RO will speed up the water production, i have not changed the filters in 10 months but have a low rtap tds reading (067), i produce about 500 litres a week and the RO still produces water at 000 without a DI, the waste is a hell of a lot more than it used to be and it is taking 12 hours to fill my tank instead of 5...

There are several checks that be done.
If it's the 300gpd system take the outlet pipe of each filter one at a time and measure the time it takes to get 100ml of product water. From this you can tell if one of the filters is defunct.
Also because you mention the amount of waste water has shot up I'b be tempted to remove the tap that controls the flush and clean it out or replace, because it sounds like something in there is allowing water past which it shouldn't if in the 'closed' position.
personally I would start with checking that flush tap.

im going for ultra pure at 500ltrs a hour low waste

yeah i thought maybe it could be the flush tap, could i get another one of these?

the tap is constantly making a hissing sound ???

That's where the problem is then.
Take it off and drop it into some descaler for a while or blast it with tap water.
Yes you couold get a new one from ROMan but try cleaning it up first.
