Howd you remove vinyl lettering from a van / trailer??
-
Very hoy water (Kettle hot) and peel it away.
There will be some residue left which you can polish away with t-cut,.. its hard work and very slow going doing it by hand tho.

Cheers mate, i knew it would be :( thats my saturday !!!
-
it is a slow process but i found a hair drier to be the best in getting most of the vynil and glue off in one go. you have to get the vynil nice and hot though.
you probably will have polish it out after. use a touch of G3 cutting compound to save your fingers from having Dye on them.
Also if the van is old becareful you don't peel the paint work off the van with the vynil.

if you have a cordless drill get a polishing disc for it, this will take the hard work out of getting the residue off with t cut or cutting compound, go easy with it though on a slow setting.

tar & glue re mover , or thiners for glue 10 minets
-
hair dryer
het it up really hot and it will just peal off without leaving much glue behind
