Pureclean Pre-spray and rinse, or Fabric restorer and F/F Rinse.
I have cleaned some real bad ones in the past with ultrapac renovate but only as a last resort.

Follow Mark's advice with the Fab Rest/Fibre & Fabric Rinse. What could be more vital in this case is technique. You may wish to initially agitate with a brush as usual, but it's an excellent scenario where agitating with terry towels will be ideal. Pre-spray, you can afford to be a little more generous than usual, subject to testing, as you will remove much of the product with the towels. Re-treat and towel again, repeating as appropriate before the final rinse.

I also find that the colloidals work well with smoke soiling. Contact John Kelly or Solution UK.

Safe and happy cleaning :)

Totally agree with above i had a minger today,a rental property that needed the deposit back,i hit it with fab restorer, brushed left to dwell, then hit it again with fab res, brush and dwell, then extracted with FF....I was amazed at how well it came up.In fairness I was agressive with the FR but the suite warranted it.
