I do about 6 a day but only been going since xmas the same as you gemma.
I'm really slow at the moment but all been 1st cleans.
I'm hoping to do 20 a day when i've got a full round.
Is 20 a day reasonable and possible to do with waterfed pole?

To the both of you, Quality not quanity I would rather do  3 £100 jobs than 30 @£10!
Hourly rate is the key to it all. One day I can do 10  another 30 but that doesn't matter, what matters is the money value of each job. Whatever your average earnings are now give it 6-9 months and you will double that!!! In the meantime don't worry about it as the speed will come, it takes time to get upto speed ;)

2 bed properties round my way going rates are probably gonna be charging £6-8, 3 bed £10 and 4 bed about £15-20

Probably be doing about 4 or 5 depending how close of 2 beds (i have one road where i do some 2 beds at 5.50 - 8.50 each, and i do about 6 of em in 40 mins, rthey only have 2 windows at front and 2 at top back with french doors at bottom all terraced in a run - give me 500 of them a week :) )

3 x 3bed an hour is good and 2-3 x 4 beds an hour (if they are close).... trouble with the smaller houses you need em compact or your rate starts to die quick as you travel between jobs, but i think if you can do about 3-4 houses an hour and keep em close to the then 10- 15 mark for 2, 3, 4 beds and you will be doing well, obviously then as they get bigger they tend to be spaced out so you have to take travel etc into account, and as has been said you may only need to do 3-4 houses a day if they are big accounts :)

Personally I'd rather have 30@£10 than 3 @ £100. At that rate if you lose one job, you lose one third of your work. Eggs, basket etc

Most definitely agree with this..... learned the hard way.... its best to have a large quantity of smaller jobs.  If theyre well priced, and compact, they'll still pay very well.

my mate does 15 to 20 a day with his partner , underpriced and then has to split the money. i do anything from 6 to 11 a day and all the money goes my way . the answer is stick to your minimum price and set yourself a target for what you want to earn each day.mine is low at about 50 quid but i pass that easily during school hours . may not be a great earner but i am happy and content with that. everyone wants and needs different things , so it is hard to say.
