Hi Guys,
Has anybody got a copy of a risk assessment set out for a commercial building - WFP external & Trad internal.
All my other commercials have never asked but this guy even put on a high viz vest to show me the external windows that needed cleaning ::)
If you have anything please send it to alistairstott@hotmail.com
Cheers

So he should! H&S is very much a buzz word, and its all there to protect against No win No fee claims, as well as dodgy trades people.
Expect a large uptake of requests in H&S docs in the coming years!

Thanks Trevor,
I really appreciate you taking the effort to resend them to me :)
Although I was looking for something a little more specific to WFP external and trad internal (no ladders), has anybody please got anything along these lines as I really need to get these in for Monday. Please send to alistairstott@hotmail.com
Thanks

im sure you could adjust the ones i have sent to fit your needs, i have put ladders on the risk assesment for internal windows as you will find that on some jobs this may be the only way of cleaning some windows so it is there as a last resort after other methods have been attempted.
