Title: was talking to a guy from a housing association today

He was saying there starting to tender cleaning work out as enviroment cleans,windows,closes,stairwells,grass cutting,flower beds,has anyone done this

We do work for ONE Housing Group in London; tendered for common parts work last year then have been approched for other sites since.

I clean bins/bin areas for Craven /Yorkshire housing.

Just rang them up and quoted.

We got in with a couple by phoning them up .  Good work and keeping us very busy with environmental cleans and re-decs
