I'm guessing Barrats could be very deep in manure? I think there are three very big builders who could be in serious trouble.

slightly off topic one of my mates has been stung for over 90k  with a management company which was appointed by a well known electrical chain,alledgelly  the management company concerned say the chain of shops didn,t pay them...the work completed wasn,t w/c,more shopfitting electrical...grim times ahead. :-[

Barretts are on the way out common knowledge for 6 months.

Taylor wimpey are in deep they were meant to have paid bk a multi million pound debt by last month and are laying of staff weekley.

sorry just got back in i thought there would only be one or two su-bcontractors on hear
i dont want to put information out into the public domain yet thus causing rumers i just want to discuss with other sub-contractors what i was told by a main contractor that was in a meeting of all supply & fix contractors  with the executive qs and what was discused in that meeting i had cofirmed by my contracts manager on tuesday this will affect all sub -contractors but more-so window cleaning and internal cleaning
so there for i only want speak to sub-contractors who are working now

i dont want this to be aknocking post for any houe builder

pr get your facts right find out what barratts did at christmas and why they had it barratts are the only major house builder still building not many but still there
