what have you done so far you ? once downloaded I thought the restore was quite self explanatory make sure the trial george isnt running at the same time though

go to the george website/downloads page/ on that page youll see
Data Restore Utility V2.05
There is no point doing automatic data backups if you can’t restore them!
Click HERE to start the download. Your browser will offer you the option
to 'Run’ or ‘Save’. Select ‘Run’ to install
the program immediately. Otherwise download and run GGREST.EXE
Download this/ then open the downloaded file/select proceed/then on your desktop you should have a programme short cut saying Data restore click on this, select "select another folder/drive" and then find where your last saved date is, once found hilite and hit restore.

You could always back up into a folder on your computer and send it to your email address as a back up copy to download using restore if your computer crashes.

Also found this on the site if it helps.
install the latest George demo on the new PC together with our Data Restore program (when they are installed run each of them once and then close it to initialise the links in Windows).
If you are running Windows XP you can then open the file on the floppy disk / Flash drive or the eMail attachment and the Data Restore program will pop up and offer to restore your data
If you are running Windows Vista, save the file in C:\George\Backup (overwrite the existing file). Then run the Data Restore program and click the “Latest” button.
