As the look of the site changed?
I now get just a white page with the topics listed in blue and none of the fancy background graphics I used to get??

Looks the same to me.

I think Joe might be looking a bit younger though :-*

It has for me.
It's just a white page with blue writing the comments aren't seperated or in boxes.

Other sites are the same as well, some of the graphics are missing although loaded graphics card after re - formatting.
