thats the kiddi, I just need a close up to see how it is all plumbed in ect, any chance ?
Or anyone else got a diagram of one :)

its very simple, it started off as a single and when i added the second RO i just cut the hoses and added some Y piece spliters then plumbed it in the same way as the first, we did recycle some of the water, but with the pressure boosted to a constant 80-100psi it hardly wastes anything so we dont bother anymore

what waste to pure do you have ? and what is your input tds and output.
Many thanks for the info by the way.

Ian thought i would knock this up for you mate
Tds from tap is about 250ppm, then after RO (pressure makes a big difference) 4-7ppm then ooo after DI waste is very little maybe 10% i mean its just a small trickle, booster pump is a must!
You will need to zoom in on this to read mate

Cheers for that Lee ;)

Daft question but do you get double the waste?
-
I hate to jump in and pour cold water on the very small waste percentage of 10%
Even with a twin set up using a booster pump 10% is just too small a waste to product ratio. Your tap TDS is a lot higher than Lee's Ian and even softened as I believe your ingoing water is you are very likely to kill your membranes without at the very least 30/40% waste. One other big effect of low waste is increased TDS out. Lee.. if you increase your waste I would almost guarantee output TDS will drop.. maybe even to zero.
OOPS grub is ready... I will come back to this re recirculating waste a bit later.
