if you had a medium size business and knew someone local to you with a similar size business would you be tempted to join them together.
has anyone done this and are there any benefits or pitfalls.

My answer would be NO, have tried partnerships before in another business (internet) and got shaffed out of a hell of a lot of money (my mistake) so for this reason alone I would not do it again, unless for my own benifit, which I would doubt could be done in this game, I would rather buy the other business out.

What would be the pros in your opinion? I can think of lots of cons.

most importantly i think both partners need to have a similar mind set ,both have ambitions to grow the business.
