Title: Company closure

Hi all

One of our clients will not pay for company closure .which it clearly states  in our terms and conditions
you will be charge for this and i have brought this to his attention. He put a red line through the amount on our invoice and paid the rest.


Its not a good job what would you do.

Its difficult really, it depends on how much you want the work, unfortunately it does happen, many clients have a complete disregard for "contracts" knowing full well that if you dont like it.....they will drop you.

Fred, i would drop them a polite reminder stating that they may have "overlooked" it (or something to that effect)
