Good price but personally r/o at 200l is way too low for the likes of me. Needs to be around 400l.
If you are only going to do tops then will be okay.

Its a good setup,.. though the RO is small and the DI is tiny,.. it'd do for a static setup once you checked it regularly.
There is no battery included, no floor paint, and no tank cage, or anything to secure the tank in place, so those are added costs to consider.

ive just brought a combo 1.4i petrol van. what would be the ideal set up be without pushing it to its limits

Go on ebay for 10in vessels bio-fuel sites list for £10 (thats filter housings!)
A 10" di vessel is in my opinion "worthless"
TDS meter - Ebay
RO unit 300gpd in my opinion is also "worthless" (get a 40/40) More expensive yes but a lot faster!
Microbore hose go for 50m not a 100 (you will probably only ever use 50!) less back pressure on pump!
Battery buy local and strap down, don't waste good money!
Pump, go to williamsons pumps, Buy a set pump/varistream (They are designed to work together!)
An old saying if you want to know how your horse is doing, go to the horses mouth! ::)
SHOP AROUND! ;)

"Microbore hose £60"
Does that include hose reel?
Make an awful mess in the back of your van without one ;D
-

cheers

a 10 " DI vessel only means its got to be changed more often
300 gpd , worthless ? ? ? he is fitting a 250 L tank, so will not be using 600 L per day, i personally use a 100 GPD RO, it runs 24 / 6 into rain water butts, works fine and ive allways got enough water
look at the picture, he is fitting a 250 L tank, let keep the setup in proportion

Sorry Matt not trying to start a war!
The only reason I say the 300 gpd system is "in my opinion, useless"
is, I have a merlin (700 gpd, I believe!) and the waste is unbelievable, I hardly use it due to this reason... I collect rain-water = no waste at all!
I was under the understanding that lesser GPD systems prodused even more waste!
(someone, a supplier on here listed a chart of waste/pure ratio!)
The 40/40 coming out way ahead of the field!
For this reason alone, I believe if someone were to "invest" in anything less than a 40/40 would be wasting not only water but money!
For instance if we have another "Water shortage" during the summer any system found wasting water could find themselves in trouble with "Hostile nieghbours" or maybe even the council!
The worst case scenario being shut down until drought is over! :o
Best case scenario you get a bad reputation and lose customers! >:(
IMO ::)
