Anyone know where I can purchase a 3 phase extension lead from

Its not quite as easy as that with 3 phase You need to know what size - how many amps and how many pins. Go somewhere like citys or senate to get the gear and they will also give you the number of a suitable sparks if you don't want to do it yourself.

Have you tried some of the generator hire companies, maybe Hewdens, or Energyst come to mind. They will most proberbly make up what you need if you give them the spec you need.
