What would you say is the height is on a average townhouse 3 storeys?

i would say about 25ft to top windows

not sure on that one , but i got a 26ft pole that copes with them even if the ground slops down lower, if that helps

Yeah i would agree with that ...roughly 8ft a floor  :)
